Fairly clean hotel, staff and location were great. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Lisbon.

This place was clean and had fantastic staff and location. The room was perfect with nice decor, I loved it.

Location and staff are perfect here, had a good stay on vacation. The location is in 5 minutes' walk to Baixa-Chiado subway station.

It was in a central setting and close to restaurants and bars.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow, very small room, a little disappointed.

Good value hotel, fairly clean, with awesome location near a bakery that made the BEST Portuguese tarts and the center of the city. The buffet breakfast had lots of delicacies and was perfect. The bed was lovely and the room was beautiful & well-designed.

Majestic location, family-friendly rooms with one of the best views. Convenient access to the natural beach located near the venue. And it was near a metro station.

The staff was informative, the room was quirky and the breakfast was generous, all as we expected. Really big suite and soft bed.

Very modern staff, really comfy bed, elegant bathroom. Nearby a metro station, a short walk to stores and a bakery. Our room was absolutely gorgeous and well appointed, with contemporary decor. Plenty of fine breakfast options.

Everything seemed so perfect, knowledgeable staff, light rooms. Ideal location to an iron elevator. The restaurant was cozy and the food was delicious. Service was really attentive, that made the hotel stylish place.

We loved the AMAZING location, and the friendly staff. Only 10 min walk to downtown. In the evening we visited Allchiado, set around 4-6 minutes walk the hotel. Worth its 3 stars.

The bed in our room was spacious. Breakfast served on the lobby. Altogether it was great value though...
